TENDENCIA EN PASTELES

 Las tendencias de estas  pasteles  son muy parecidas a las que disfruté en mi niñez, no se decoraban sino sólo con crema, así tal cual a la que aquí ves, al estilo a las de los pasteles vintage para comunión y matrimonio de los años 78 quizá.

Este pastel para IVANA, la preciosa nena de mi amiga Ana Isabel, la llevamos por tierra a tres horas de camino a Quens NewYork, arriesgado el transporte, pero nos preparamos con antelación y aprendimos a elaborar el ganache mágico que la cubre, y wow, espectacular, el pastel llegó perfecto.

The trends of these cakes are very similar to the ones I enjoyed in my childhood, they were not decorated but only with cream, just like the one you see here, in the style of the vintage cakes for communion and marriage from the 78s perhaps. .

This cake for IVANA, my friend Ana Isabel's beautiful baby, we took her by land three hours on the way to Quens NewYork, the transportation was risky, but we prepared in advance and learned how to make the magical ganache that covers it, and wow, spectacular, the cake arrived perfect.
